James's extensive knowledge, patience, tenacity, and reliability is the only thing that kept our stress levels low during the process of buying and selling. James has a tremendous wealth of knowledge himself broadly in the area of real estate, and is also connected to an excellent network of brokers, lawyers, designers, and other professionals that you may need to engage. Given that real estate is an area driven largely by personal preferences and opinions, James very quickly understands your needs, remembers them (!!!), and tailors the service he provides to cater to those needs. He offered us thoughtful recommendations in line with our needs at the time, and was very reassuring that he would be our best advocate no matter what we decided in the end. For example, James gave us the information we needed to decide on the listing price of our property, including comparable recent sales and market outlook, and his recommendations were spot-on in the end. More than anything else, he is extremely organized and communicative so you know you are being taken care of and are never in the dark. Real estate can generally be a very stressful process, and it was genuinely fun working with him. We can't recommend James highly enough.
